Framing and Drywall Process
In the framing and drywall phase, we begin by finalizing the layout for all walls, custom ceilings, hidden doors, glass wall while including additions like bathrooms, bars, fireplaces, and gyms. Next, we construct the framework, adding extra stud support for TV mounts and accessories. Once the framing is complete, we install all electrical and plumbing, ensuring outlets are strategically placed. After insulating the walls, we hang the drywall securely. We then tape and mud all seams and corners to create a smooth finish, followed by sanding once dry. Finally, we complete the space with primer paint or finishes and install any remaining fixtures, ensuring everything is functional and visually appealing.

Once the walls are complete, we install trim, baseboards, and crown molding for a polished look. Next, we add any remaining fixtures, such as light switches, outlets, and light fixtures, ensuring they are functional and aesthetically pleasing. If your design includes custom elements like cabinetry or shelving, we will install those as well. Finally, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure everything meets quality standards, addressing any last-minute details before handing over your beautifully finished basement.
